Before two weeks, Teamwork Rehab which is the physical department at Hillsboro Area Hospital has acquired the best piece of equipment Nintendo Wii video gaming system. The Rehabilitation Director Chris Whitten declared that it’s a new trend. According to him, several physical therapy departments and nursing homes are accepting it as a part of their rehabilitation programs. Wii is proving to be good for seniors who feel they can’t play bowling with their family and prefer to sit and watch the game. However, they can now play bowling and that too very conveniently at the Elk River Activity Center on a Wii gaming system.
